Thunder & Lightning Over Arizona

Davis-Monthan Air Force Base’s biennial open house returns in March 2027 with the U.S. Air Force Thunderbirds headlining. The show showcases the base’s A-10 and combat search-and-rescue helicopter units alongside the aircraft “boneyard” at the adjacent 309th Aerospace Maintenance and Regeneration Group.
